searching for loopnet / neighborhood quality mashup

Hi,

My objective is to buy an apartment building with 7 or more units. I'm searching online for ones with good upside. 

Does anyone know of a mashup that combines loopnet cap rate data with neighborhood crime rates, walk scores, and/or air bnb occupancy? I found mashvisor, but it seems to be focused only on smaller properties and doesn't seem to include the larger apartment buildings.
