markets in general, is what i am asking about. I am noticing concessions again being advertised around here, some significant.

I have 5 doors in Auburn, AL and have had no problems with vacancies. Actually, all my renters are longer-term. I think the shortest person has been there 3 years. I guess they like me. :-)

I'm curious as to how you are able to monitor this daily, if you are not the owner or the management company itself?

No changes in vacancies, rents moving up annually with rise in cost of living.
