Market report on multifamily

Here is a report from Ten-X on Multifamily market evaluation which I found interesting and thought of sharing it out. Most of you have probably read it already, but, someone newer might not have. The report is slightly older from Summer of 2016, but, has projections till 2019, which might be still relevant. If you came across any interesting reports, good reads, do share them out.

@Sunil Muthuswamy

Hi Sunil

Marcus and Millichap put out great market info, and Berkadia puts out a yearly Multifamily projection.
