Can someone help me find more off market MultiFamily Apartment Deals for sale  preferably 20 units + ? I’m in Indianapolis and Loopnet is my only source at the moment.

Hi @Omari Heflin, the only way to find MF off market deals is by sending letters to owners .... and or building relationships with commercial brokers. There are already many contents in BiggerPockets about both subjects.  To get started I recommend reading @Gino Barbaro book (wheelbarrow-profits). Also feel free to PM me if you need more direction where to get started
