Hi everyone,

I've been investing in SFH for several years now, and last year added a line of business for flipping homes. I continue to work that pipeline, but for buy/hold strategy I'd really like to add at least one multi-family by the end of the year.

So, I'm looking for good [current] book recommendations on analyzing multi-unit (quadplex and up) properties.

@Ron Rohrssen You should start with Steve Berges book on apartments investing and David Lindahl book on multifamily millions.
