Need help analyzing cash flow deal with BP Calculator

Help, I am trying to evaluate a property in the calculator to find out what my cash flow is but when I put in the numbers I get some crazy results back. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

@Rene Dunnagan can you Sherwood the document?
Please check that you put the purchase price , down payment, interest rate and length of the loan. And check the rent. Did you brake down the rent?

its a typo. I mean share the document. as mentioned to you on email i think your experiences are way off or not set correctly. 4 plex should have 8k in miss.
