Are you referring to Property Management or Asset management?

Personally i wouldn't pay for asset management, that would be my roll. of course if for some reason you don't have 2-4 hours a week to deal with it then perhaps you could out source it.
But 26 Doors could potentially be 2 hours a week max if your Property management doing a good job.
In regard to the $900 price, it sounds reasonable if you had 50 units - maybe, I don't know.... if you cant afford the time then its a cost you have to include.
If you are making $100 per door cash-flow per month ($2600) that's nearly a 1/3 of your Net income!
