Keyless solutions for an apartment building lobby door?

I own a couple of units in a building with 60 plus units. I have keyless entry on my units, but the lobby door still requires a key. The building is planning a lobby and entry way makeover, what solution is out there for an apartment complex lobby keyless entry solution? Thanks!

I agree with @Patrick Liska, key fob is the way to go. Changing the combo monthly would be a nightmare.

There are some newer systems that use a cell phone, but not all tenants have smart phones. This works better for buildings aimed at a younger tenant base.

Key Fob or a button combo. Key Fobs might be better because you can always block out a fob from working if you Evict someone.

Unless you want to change combo on a monthly basis. You are likely to get 24 calls that they get locked out after you change it.

It is better to give out a key at entry.
