Hello! I am new to wholesaling and want to know more. My end game is start purchasing apartment complexes eventually. I currently own a duplex and looking to acquire more properties and build cash flow so i can fire my job! I love real estate and want in on how i cam be successful as well! Lets connect! Im interested in wholesaling in CA, AZ or Neveda since i dont know much about other areas.

@Sharde N Bennett There are many different mentors out there but the one that comes to mind for your size asset that you want to acquire would be @Gino Barbaro and @Jake Stenziano. They wrote a book called "Wheelbarrow Profits" which would be an excellent read for you getting started.

Yes! This is possible for you to get to the 5-15 space even if you only have a duplex at this point.
