I am pretty new in this. Looking to do some direct marketing. Where can I find preforeclosure leads specially 30/60/90 days deliquent in Dallas fortworth area

You can email the tax assessor and request a delinquent list. Then hire a VA for $4/hr to sort the apartments from the SFRs from the land parcels.

I know someone who hired a much more expensive VA to develop a scraper program for a few municipalities. The program he wrote pulls the relevant data & sorts it.
