Beacon, NY - Why has it been so quiet lately on BP?

Ive been searching for recent information on Beacon, NY lately but all the posts seem to be from several years ago. Has the market been hot for so long that it’s not attracting investment from savvy real estate investors?

I just had a conversation with a local real state agent active in the are,  IT seems to be a lack of inventory. I also been active looking for  a good "DEAL"  and what I seem lately  the prices are just to much for me  , I'm focusing on cash flow at the moment.
