Looking for mortgage broker (FHA MIP sticker shock in Queens NYC)
Hi all I'm looking for recommendations on mortgage brokers familiar with multifamily purchase options (FHA or conventional). I have one quote for a mortgage on a multifamily using 10% down, FHA and was a bit sticker shocked when I saw/recalled the 1.0% MIP mortgage insurance required. Looking for mortgage brokers or recommendations from other BPers on creative financing options! Thanks in advance.
