Refi out of a Hard money loan any advice should I cash out?
This is my first small multi family hard money loan and 2 months away from me needing to Refi. My question should I try to pull cash out at refi or just refi and create more cash flow since my interest will be much lower. Any one have good source for a refi with good terms and rates?
