Best Delayed Financing Lenders?
I'm looking to buy a couple of foreclosed (or soon to be foreclosed) 2-4 unit rental properties all cash in the next 6 months or so, and put delayed financing in place immediately after. The amount you can pull out and the terms seem to vary a lot, and some of the lenders I've talked with won't even do it. Who's the best lender to work with for delayed financing loans?
