Private Funding for apartments

Would you guys throw out some ideas on finding funding for a small apartment building. I have a 17 unit (41 bedroom) deal that is half-way funded, 1 block from a university with 25,000 students. Going to take about $350-400,000 in renovation costs and and trying to find a lender. Done 8 single family deals and a few duplexes, but this is the first venture into an apartment building.
