Multi-family financing questions

Was looking at buying a four triplex complex (12 units total).  First meeting with bank and was told 25% down at minimum would be required and 5.5% would be best interest rate on the rest.  Just want to check to see if this is the norm right now.

I would work with a mortgage broker rather than a bank. They will go out and find you the best loan program based on your experience, the deal, and your business plan.
