Looking for an Underwriter. Any suggestions?
I've got a few off-market deals, but need some assitance with underwriting. All the other pieces are lined up (investors, sponsors, loan broker, legal, management). Just want to make sure I am presenting + syndicating a solid deal.
Any referrals or help would be greatly appreciated.
