Cash out refinance on 3 duplexes with very high dti

Is there a lender out there that would cash out refinance my investment properties? I have 3 properties all duplexes, I have plenty of equity but unfortunately high dti. What’s my options?

Yes each property is cash flowing at least $1100 a month. 550 per unit
