I need to find a home.

I am in the DC area and I'm trying to locate my first multi family home. But I dont know the first thing about finding these kind of properties. I would like to find someone that would be interested in a cup of coffee while I pick your brain. A few pointers here would be great too. My goal is to acquire my first property before 1 July.
