Get this POD out of my driveway!

So I have this deadbeat tenant that is supposed to be moving out today. Ordered one of those POD containers to be delivered to the property without my permission. Come to find out from the company that the POD has not been scheduled to pick up. Tenant told me it would be done tomorrow. Anyone have any clever ideas?
