90 properties - financing

Kelly Bauserman
Posted

I’ve been offered an off market deal to buy 90 properties from a seller that hasn’t listed them yet. Waiting on information on pricing for the lot and mix of properties to run the numbers.

How would I explore financing for this type of deal? Could I use the cash flow I’d get as part of my income to get financing?

What information might I want to gather or pay attention to here? Thanks in advance!

Do you have any experience? Because if you're just starting out, unless you have a HUGE personal pile of money, funding a deal of this size isn't going to be realistic.

If you're not experienced, do you know anyone who is, and willing to partner with you?
