Commercial loan is there a max to have at once?

Hows it going guys, I been Curious on how many commercial loan can a entity have at once? Is it possible they could have multiple at a time for different properties?

@Marvin Bonilla yes it is possible. It all depends on the lender and the company. The company will need to have strong financials and a solid track record.

It's usually advisable to put each property in a separate LLC with its own loan. This is much easier and keeps the liabilities limited to the one property so it not affect the whole.

No limit other than DSCR and taxable income unless you go with a portfolio lender/broker. Then the sky's the limit.
