Looking to hear from other folks investing in the greater Portland OR area metro. 

I'm currently weighing purchasing in PDX for the appreciation versus accumulating lower cost rental houses via a service like Roofstock, and then prioritizing PDX after building some passive cash flow.

Curious on others perspective about investing in the PDX multi-family market.
