This forum has helped so much, that we want to take this time out and thank everyone here. After reading and watching so many investment strategies, and still not really understanding everything, we thought what the heck let's just do it!

We close Escrow this Friday on a Tri-Plex!!! Yay!!! This is our first home/investment property. We'll be living in one unit and renting out the other two. Oh and we already have renters. Anyway, if anyone is on this forum looking for 'something' to click, listen to your gut. You have all the information, now go out and take a shot! Think about it, this day is almost over... you will never get it back!
