Tenant Screenings for Multi family

Hi Guys,

I wanted to post some interesting articles I found about tenant screenings. After Wednesdays webinar, I started looking up how I would do tenant screenings if I did multi-family. I found this company Reliable Background screenings and they had some interesting articles. They work around the US. What do you guys think? They seem legit! It seems like an easy process to set up and get people screened before they rent. Would love any feedback!
