Looking into a sfh to 4 Plex conversion and need to submit some bids to HUD. Anyone have any experience with the process or is a licensed contractor in the area who has dealt with HUD before?

I cant say that I have specifically. I have a few contractors who have solid reputation who Ill ask. Did you get an offer accepted with a 203k loan? Or is it a private transaction?
