Real estate investing young

Hey everyone,

I'm a 21 college student study business. My buddy has been doing sales for work and has been talking about REI and how he's going to start that to have a second cash flow. We started talking about house hacking and possibly wholesaling. We have a couple buddies that are interested in it too, so I'm wondering if there is a good way to start this investment opportunity together as a team or is it better doing it alone at first then come together after we have rapport/experience. We are thinking starting together just so we have more cash to begin with, but we know splitting revenue would come into play as well. Anything will help.

Thanks everyone!
