100k in First 1031 Exchange - What would you do?
My hope is to invest in something turnkey with existing tenants ideally in the Tampa Bay or Orlando area. I would use any proceeds to reinvest back into the business as I am currently employed full-time. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
