Multi Units Vs Hotel

Hello BP community.

I have single family homes and now looking into multi-unit. haven't found anything yet, but i came across a small 40 unit motel that shows positive cash flow and located in great small town. it has management in place, and close to work and my house where i can look over once/twice a week. 

I know the occupancy rate is different when it comes to a motel and have more expenses than multi units but end of the day its all numbers game. so is it worth looking into hospitality side of investments or keep looking into multi-units.

anyone in the community has a hotel/motel that can share their thoughts
