Multifamilies in the Albany, NY market
I'm thinking about jumping into the Albany (and/or surrounding areas) markets. Specifically buy and hold multi-families. I was wondering if anyone has first hand experience with the market, I'm also looking to see what property managers are like in the area. As of right now my only experience is house hacking my personal house in NYC.
