Real Property Management in Toledo

I’m having issues getting answers from my Real Property Management in Toledo, i hired their services 2 Months ago for 2 Multifamily Properties that I purchased, and today was the day that they had to deposit my first rental income but they didn’t and I kept calling them but no luck.

Does anyone here have worked with them?

Is this normal with all the Management Companies or just this one?

Hey There Barbara, No this is not normal. One of the biggest thing you need from your PM is communication. As a Property Manager, I ensure all my owners know exactly what is going on. Anything from on-time rent to Maintenance and everything in between. If you want to talk I am open ears!
