I was wondering if I should purchase a Fourplex with a LLC I plan on house hacking for tax purposes if this is my first investment property and how much of my monthly rental income i should put back for taxes. I live in Mississippi.

There is No tax advantage to buying with an LLC...only tax disadvantages, both cap gains tax and property tax. Also, you couldn't get an owner occupied low down payment, fixed :0 year fha or conventional loan.
