I am a new investor based in Cincinnati OH. I am looking to invest in small multi-family (ideally 4-plexes) in Cincinnati area. I am looking to connect with a real estate agent who specializes in multi-family sales. Also looking forward to connect with wholesalers in this area. 

Neighborhoods of interest: Hyde Park, Oakley, Over-the-rhine, Mt. Lookout, Madisonville, Columbia Tusculum, Norwood, Clifton

Please let me know if you have any suggestions around the neighborhoods, what I should be looking for and what I need to avoid. Any advice is great advice. Thank you all!
