Costar alternative for individual investors
Is there any alternative to Costar for property analysis that can be as good as Costar but not so expensive?

I've been in discussions with them for a while. I used the free trial and was finding off market deals within 5 min of use.
I believe they have some "Black Friday" specials this week as well.
