I was just wondering if there were any Multi-Family or apartment building investors here that are investing in or from New York City? I want to start investing and looking to pick some minds or possibly find a mentor near me.... Thanx in advance

I have 2 two family rental houses in NYC. I don't do REI full time because i have a W2 job also so i wouldn't be a good mentor but I may be able to answer some questions. What are you looking for?, What Boroughs of NYC?, the property cost is expensive compared to most of the country. A small decent shaped 2 family house in a B neighborhood the Bronx will cost upwards of 650K+.
