I'm looking at building a series of multi-family units, 2 bed, 1 to 2 bath units with a min of 6 per building. I curious to know what on average are people paying for Per Square Ft cost for new construction excluding site development cost i.e.. roads and infrastructure.

Chris-  Thanks for the shout out.

Nick - this will vary greatly depending on a lot of factors like site work, Utility requirements, parking requirements, permit fees, impact fees, type of construction finishes and selections.

That being said you will be anywhere from $125-$250 a sqft. most areas of the country.
