Brrrr LTV banks Syracuse
Hello everyone, I've hit a road block. I'm at the end of my current brrrr project and when I when to my bank they said they no longer do LTV loans based on appraisal. Now their policy is 75% of purchase price plus rehab costs... does anyone know a lender in Onondaga or Cayuga county that will do a mortgage based off LTV appraisal?
