Metal Multi Family Homes
Hello, I have built my own barndominium and just love it. I am new to real estate investing but think it would be super simple to build a multi family house using a metal building for the shell. I found references to a guy in Missouri that built duplexes all in for 60k that are 850 sq foot per side and rent for 625 a month. I believe that is just the price of the structure and no land included but he had 10 or so of them so that land price would be divided up decently. I believe I could get closer to the 800
range per unit but even at 625 the numbers are pretty decent. With a metal building the larger you go the cheaper per sq ft the building is so it would be just as easy to do a triplex or fourplex. Also with concrete stained floors and a metal roof you could "renter proof" one pretty easy and have fewer maintenance costs. Any one else have any ideas or pictures of others with the same concept?

I have some land in MS zoned for 3 duplexes and would love to build metal buildings duplexes on them anybody know a builder that build these in Mississippi?
