LLC for rental properties

Hi, We have 6 properties that we personally own, and are interested in moving them into an LLC for protection. What is the best to accomplish this without causing the lender to accelerate the note.

There's no "best way" to accomplish this and it's a gamble every time. Every lender is different. Most look the over way on this from everything I read in the forums. I've also read some investors call the lender to have a friendly conversation. Maybe you can explain the reasoning for deeding the properties to the LLC.
