Hi everyone,

Has anyone used a regional commercial bank to finance a multifamily in Jacksonville, Fl? I would prefer to use a local/regional bank to finance a 12 unit apartment building located near downtown Jacksonville and I am having trouble finding one. I am aware of all the large providers but wanted to explore the local providers.
