We live in a rapidly dynamic world. With all what is happening now. What are your comments on the following:

1-Buying or selling now.

2-Interest rate and cap rate changes.

Thanks,

Dr. Bender

@Michael King as you know, the interest rate is super low as of now. Why would you want to hold now?

Good question. Not sure why I'd want to buy right now is probably the best answer. I don't know where values are going to be in the near future, but I am thinking there is going to be somewhat of a dip in prices. Right now there doesn't seem to be a dip, but I think it's coming, and I'd like to be in a position to buy when I see the dip.
