Looking to cash out re finance my mixed property

I own a triplex in philadelphia. Its commercial at the bottom and 2 residential 3Bed1bath units on top. I am looking to do a cash out refinance. can anyone help me? Seems like most big banks (Bank of america, citi bank) don't finance mixed use properties.
