how to find investors for syndication in multifam in seattle?

i would like to know, and pick your brains, hypothetically i want sell 8 multi-family building with total of 23 units in Seattle WA, i need help finding investors that will be interested in buying or how can i advertise it? in terms of marketing?

 Make sure to find a broker that specializes in small multifamily to help you. Take a good look at the marketing materials and how they promote the property and package it. The more detailed financial information you can provide the better.
