Buying a Multi-Family Propety in DC

Hi BP,

I’m interested in buying a multi-family property in Washington DC. If the property is occupied by 2-3 tenants on month to month leases what process would I need to go through in order for them to move out, so I can start fresh with new and vetted tenants?
