how are you guys finding apartment deals today?

how are you finding good agents that specialize in  apartments?

looking for a good agent in Indianapolis that's gonna work hard to find me deals

@Jason Malabute, I would also start by keeping track of who is listing the deals that fit your criteria. Whether it be neighborhoods, or hopefully unit count and neighborhood. If you are talking about large scale properties, there will only be a handful in Indy that really work on those deals. If you are talking sizes that typically hit the MLS, there will be a lot of realtors listing them. I would keep a list of the ones that you like, and hopefully you will start seeing a trend of a few agents that get a lot of the listings to start reaching out to.


As Lee mentioned, agents will take you seriously when you start making reasonable offers and closing deals.
