Hello, I'm starting a new job (gov.) in Cincinnati and will be moving this week from PA, Where I currently have a duplex (VA). I'm lookin to buy a Tri/Quad in Norwood, Pleasant ridge area (side by side if possible. Any recommendations greatly appreciated should I cash out refi out of current loan before or after pre-approval?
