@Rashad Jackson I always like to have multiple exits in mind when purchasing a piece of real estate. If you are able to set yourself up appropriately so that you have the option to use either strategy then that would be prime. If you purchase it in a way that only allows you to use one strategy, it limits your options and flexibility a few years down the road.
