I got a hold of a seller that I have tracking down for months

Skip tracing is the process of figuring out an apartment's owner and contact information.

My favorite tools to use are opencorperate.com and BeenVerified.com. I use open corporate.com to find the name of the officers of the LLC. Then I used BeenVerified to find their phone number.

I was talking to an owner of an 80 unit building and told me his brother might have a smaller building that I am looking for.

After constant back and forth I was able to convince him to give me his brothers email. He was hesitant to give me his brother's number for some reason.

When his brother wouldn't respond to my emails I went to beenverified punched in his email to get his number. I called 3 different times. On the 3rd time the seller finally responded. I convinced the seller to pass me the financial information this week and consider selling.

I pray that this is the deal where the numbers work and we finally close.

I won't stop until we get a deal!
