Hello BP,

I'm looking for feedback from a few people who can closed on some commercial loans.  We're looking at purchasing a 6-unit apartment building, but I'm not sure what the interest rates and terms are on commercial loans.  I've never done a commercial loan before, so any help/info/guidance/resources would be great.
