➡️What asset class are you focused on for 2021?

I have heard many investors are skipping the traditional 1970 build and going after properties built in the late 80’s or 90’s.

đź’ˇBuying newer properties save the sponsor from having to worry about major deferred maintenance items and can attract a better tenant demographic.

Ronny Philip said on clubhouse last night his team is targeting late 90’s and early 2000 built properties and then plans to bring those up to a 2020 level.
